I have always loved the smell of fresh baking in the kitchen. The combination of spices, flour and sugar run in my blood and I love sharing my baked goods with everyone. I have been baking since I was 6 years old learning techniques from my dad and aunt. My baking is a combination of Italian traditional recipes and Canadian recipes.
