Prairie Girl Bakery opened its Victoria Street store on April 1, 2011, and in the eight years since then, they’ve baked thousands of cupcakes and cakes and made a lot of people smile. PGB’s management team of Jean, Carly and Ailish has been operating Prairie Girl from the beginning, making sure that they deliver on our customer commitments every day, every year: using the best ingredients, baking fresh in each of their four locations and providing friendly service no matter how you reach them: in a store, online, or by phone or email.
