The Clay Room

The Clay Room is a great place for kids who like being creative and making things! You can either have party guests paint existing piece of clay or have them build their own. The space has a private party room that can comfortably accommodate up to twenty-four children. The party room is brightly painted making it fun for all ages.

Private parties are booked for two hours. In the first hour the children are given instructions catered to their age group. While the children are painting, staff is available for assistance at all times. The second hour is for the party –order in pizza, bring games, whatever you’ve got planned.

The painted pieces are fired in their on-site kilns and individually gift wrapped. There is a minimum of 10 children required for private parties. They require a deposit to make a firm reservation with a minimum 10 day cancellation notice.

Paint Your Own Ceramic Party
Their paint-it-yourself ceramic party packages start at $16.50 per child. Items to paint include mugs, boxes, bowls, tiles & figurines.

Clay Parties For Kids
Build your own masterpiece out of clay and paint it! Clay parties are for children 7 years and older. They are booked for two and a half hours. They will demonstrate coil, slab & pinch pottery techniques as well as free form building (i.e. figurines) & the use of press forms as molds.

During the first hour and a half, the children make and paint their masterpiece. The second hour is for the party. Clay parties start at $19 per child.

Paint at Home Party
Take out kits are available for pickup, includes all items required to run party – 10 colours, instructions, palettes, brushes etc (except paper towels and water cups). $18.50/child minimum 10. Items must be preselected and can include mugs, boxes, bowls or figurines. Kit must be returned within one week and items are kiln fired and ready about a week later.
